Who is Eligible?
The First Responder Exclusive Cash Reward is available to eligible first responders who are residents of the United States. You are eligible to verify as a First Responder if your occupation is any of the following:
Law Enforcement Officers

Proof of Eligibility
Verify First Responder eligibility using on of the items listed below:
- Law Enforcement Officers: Valid law enforcement ID card, paystub, Standard Form 50 (SF-50). Note: U.S. government IDs cannot be used for verification purposes. TSA ID cards are NOT accepted.
- Firefighter: Must have active Proboard certification, must have U.S. Social Security Number, valid firefighter ID card, recent training completion certificate, a copy of a valid and professionally-issued certification illustrating firefighter status, paystub.
- EMT/Paramedic: Valid EMT/Paramedic ID card, recent training completion certificate, a copy of a valid and government-issued certification illustrating EMT/Paramedic status, paystub.
- 911 Dispatcher: Recent training completion certificate, a copy of a valid and professionally-issued certification illustrating 911 Dispatcher status, paystub.
